Evo is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

• You must create an account using Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Evo is a goal and habit tracking application with social accountability features. The App enables users to set daily goals, post images and text, and interact with other users through a public social feed.

Evo does not provide medical, fitness, mental health, or professional advice, and nothing on the App should be relied upon as such.

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share through the App ("User Content").

5.2 Licence to Evo

By posting User Content, you grant Evo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content within the App and in connection with operating and promoting the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

Evo includes public profiles and a public social feed.

Content you post may be visible to other users.

You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with sharing content publicly.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove or restrict access to any User Content
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
• Take action without prior notice or explanation

These actions may be taken for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its systems

You may delete your account at any time within the App.

Upon deletion, your User Content and personal data will be permanently removed, except where retention is required by law.

Evo may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, branding, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Evo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Evo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Evo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Evo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
