Getting Started

How do I create my first goal?

After signing up, tap the '+' button on the home screen. Enter your goal name, set your daily sub-goals, and you're ready to start tracking! You can add as many goals as you like.

What happens at 4am?

Your daily sub-goals reset at 4am local time. This gives night owls time to complete their tasks and ensures everyone starts fresh each day. Completed sub-goals contribute to your streak before resetting.

Is Evo free to use?

Yes! Evo is completely free to download and use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core goal-tracking experience will always remain free.

Streaks & Progress

How do streaks work?

Your streak increases each day you complete at least one sub-goal before the 4am reset. Miss a day, and your streak resets to zero. The longer your streak, the more momentum you build!

Can I recover a lost streak?

Currently, streaks cannot be recovered once broken. This is intentional—it keeps you accountable and makes maintaining streaks more meaningful. Don't worry, starting fresh is part of the journey!

How is my progress calculated?

Progress is calculated based on the percentage of sub-goals you complete each day. Complete all your sub-goals for 100% progress. Your overall goal progress is an average of your daily completions.

Social Features

Who can see my goals?

You control your privacy. By default, your goals are private. You can choose to share updates to the social feed, where the community can see and cheer you on.

Can I follow other users?

Yes! You can follow other users to see their shared progress in your feed. It's a great way to stay motivated and support others on their journey.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three dots on any post or profile and select 'Report.' Our team reviews all reports and takes action against content that violates our community guidelines.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Settings > Account > Export Data. You'll receive a file containing all your goals, progress history, and account information.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
