Evo (short for Evolution) ("we", "our", or "us") is a goal and habit tracking social application designed to help users stay accountable to themselves and their friends. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Evo mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App").
By using Evo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Phone numbers are not currently required to create an account. However, when enabled, phone numbers may be collected and used for:

6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the App. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, posts, and associated personal data, except where retention is required by law.

We do not currently share personal data with third parties. In the future, we may use analytics, crash reporting, or infrastructure providers to operate and improve Evo. Any such use will comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Your Rights
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data.
9. Children
Evo is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
